Peoria Medical Society & Alliance Foundation
The Peoria Medical Society and Alliance Charitable and Educational Foundation, Inc. was founded in 1978 as a shared non-profit 501)c) 3 charitable organization, created to provide healthcare students with scholarships and to support local charitable organizations with healthcare related needs.
Educational Fund
Each year, the PMS&A awards medical, nursing and Allied Health professional students scholarships based on academic excellence as determined by grades, recommendations, financial need, community service and demonstrated leadership. Applications for the following academic year will be available after January 2nd of the preceding year by contacting the Peoria Medical Society office.
Gift Fund
Each year, the PMS& A selects charitable community organizations to receive financial grants to support health related initiatives and need. Interested applicants may contact the Peoria Medical Society office.
Donate to the Foundation
The Peoria Medical Society & Alliance Charitable & Educational Foundation is a 501c3 organization that supports local charities and provides scholarships to healthcare students in the tri-county area. We have two primary funds: Gift Funds, which aid charitable organizations in Peoria and support health education efforts, and Educational Funds, which provide scholarships to deserving medical and allied health students in the same region. Donating to this foundation helps promote healthcare education and support for those in need in the community.
